Abstract

Der zweite Teil des Aufsatzes (der erste erschien in PROKLA 203) präsentiert zunächst ein Update des Kontexts, in dem die neue Biden-Harris-Regierung und die demokratische Mehrheit im Kongress agiert. Hauptsächlich untersucht er einige der innenpolitischen Maßnahmen und die zentralen Reformprojekte, um schließlich deren Implikationen für Bewegungshandeln zu skizzieren: die im ersten Teil untersuchten Organisationen DSA und BLM orientieren sich angesichts der aggressiven Politik der republikanischen Rechten und der fragilen Mehrheit für die Reformprojekte der Demokraten stärker als zuvor auf elektorale Politik und rücken näher an die Demokratische Partei heran.
