Abstract

During the war on the Balkan one thing was certain for the NATO; amongst military air attack objectives the infrastructure in Serbia and the Kosovo will be the other target. In the course of action it turned out quickly that failures regarding military objects were compensated for extremely enhanced destruction of essential infrastructure: industry, transportation, lakes and rivers, etc. Subject of this article are consequences regarding damages to the environment and health hazards which are discussed in connection with eventual violation of human rights.
