Internationalisation of the Chinese Regulatory Model?
Geopolitical Conflicts and the Belt and Road Initiative

China’s rise has taken place in various phases of state-initiated integration into the globalised world economy, including the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) announced in 2013. This expansion is viewed as a manifestation of state omnipotence and the realisation of an imperial quest for power. At the same time, this is seen as transferring China's successful model of development and order to international terrain. However, the conditions for implementing the BRI differ significantly from the possibilities of the Chinese state at the national level. An analysis of this implementation and the experiences with it allows conclusions to be drawn about the further internationalisation of the Chinese model of economic order.
