Zum Ansatz einer ethnografischen Rechtsinterventionspraxis im autoritären Grenzregime

In dem Beitrag erweitern wir, ausgehend von den rechtsautoritären Verschiebungen der Migrations- und Grenzpolitik seit 2015 und dem sich verdichtenden »Grenz-Autoritarismus-Nexus«, das Verständnis von Rechtskämpfen. Angesichts diskursiver und migrationspolitischer Verschärfungen und exekutiver Rechtsbrüche entwickeln wir eine Sichtweise, die eine involvierte, kollaborativ-ethnografische Forschungspraxis ins Zentrum stellt. Die rechtsanthropologische Perspektive versteht sich als Teil sozialer und rechtlicher Infrastrukturen für Bewegungsfreiheit und zielt darauf, Möglichkeitsräume von Rechtsmobilisierung, kollektiver Sorge und gegenhegemonialer Wissensproduktion zu erhalten und zu erweitern.
